Usually, I get called after things have broken. By then, the options are fewer.
たいてい、壊れたあとに呼ばれる。そのときは、もう選択肢が少ない。
Call me while you're still figuring it out. The problem doesn't need to have a shape yet. We start from why, together.
まだ考えている最中に、呼んでほしい。問題にかたちはなくてもいい。なぜから、一緒に始める。
There are plenty of people who can build. Fewer who can ask why.
つくれる人はたくさんいる。なぜを問える人は、少ない。

Once you know why, what becomes clear. Once you know what, how follows. All of that, together.
なぜが分かれば、なにがクリアになる。なにが分かれば、どうやってがついてくる。その全部を、一緒に。
Launch, rebuild, or wind down. I can come in at any phase. I can stay through any phase.
立ち上げも、作り直しも、畳むことも。どの局面でも入れる。どの局面でも居られる。
Combined with AI, the range of what one person can do has expanded significantly. But deciding why — that's still human work. That's where I spend the most time.
AIと組むと、一人でできる範囲は大きく広がった。でも、なぜを決めるのは、まだ人の仕事だ。そこにいちばん時間を使う。
